#3 Chevron stitch blanket

Here’s the very elegant Chevron pattern. Extremely popular and beautiful in any version.

I’m really satisified with getting the edges of the previous blanket done (The two latest photos). For the very first time I did the pleats casting on from the longer edges of the blanket athwart. Unfortunately, using this method I had to sew the pleats by hands, which I simply can’t stand and do everything I can in order not to do so, as far as possible. However, thanks this method I managed to have an aesthetically perfect work at the end and the privilege of hiding the ends of threds wherever the colors change.

Together: 50 gr./160m/174yd green peas Nr. 29 + 50 gr./160m/174yd red Nr. 26 + 50 gr./160m/174yd turquoise Nr. 55) + 150gr./480m/522yd white optic Nr. 62 = 600gr./960m/1049yd,

needles: nr 3,5/ US 4.
